Do you feel like working out is not for you? You get bored easily and feel lazy in the mornings.
P.S. Oh my god the gym fee, I’d rather eat less food.
Don’t worry you don’t necessarily have to do any "EXCERCISE" in order to stay fit.
First, let’s define what being fit means, generally (I think) it means that you can easily do your day-to-day activities without feeling exhausted at the end of the day, you don’t fall sick that often, and your immunity system doesn’t suck.

Here are 11 things if you take care of you really don’t need to exercise in order to stay fit:
- Eat your food on time, and chew it properly. Our saliva is the main ingredient that helps the body to absorb nutrition better.
- Drink water slowly, sip by sip, again generating more saliva. Try and avoid drinking water 1 hour before your meals and 1 and a half-hour after your meals.
- For the love of God, Keep your back/spine straight. Almost no exceptions. ( do various activities and adjust your back posture in them)
- Use your muscles, activate them to perform tasks don’t be like 2019 Ashmita and carry weight using our bones and joints. I know this sounds weird, but if you try you'll be able to do it.
- Try and eat your dinner approximately 4 hours before you go to sleep.
- Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables this gives your body the chance to develop more versatile gut bacteria improving your overall gut health.
- If you are a non-vegetarian please make sure you check the source of your meat, and whether the animal has been raised in hygienic conditions or not. Many a time diseases are transmitted through animal meat. And ensure it is properly cooked.
- The best possible diet is the least processed one. (Naval Ravikant) Try and shift your focus to how you eat and the nutritional value of food, along with taste and flavors.
- Take in at least 30 minutes of sun daily (I mean sunlight). The best times are before 10 am and after 3 pm in India, give a reference to the weather report and UV chart shown by google weather.
- Brush your teeth every day before going to sleep and after you have had your breakfast. Your mouth is the only organ for input for fuel (Ideally), that is why it is important that you keep your mouth clean as it will help improve your overall digestive health. As per some people, this also helps to keep your skin clear. (Generally, the reason for your bad breath is an upset stomach.)
- Bonus if you do 5 to 10 minutes of (physical) activity after every meal.
As per my experience, if you are aware of the correct postures/stances while performing your daily tasks/chores you don't really need to specifically 'workout' per se.
You are engaging your muscles and other body parts while you walk over the dry leaves, sit on couches, lift buckets, run from dogs, swim in the infinity pool, or just about anything. If you do so in the right manner, i.e proper posture and breathing, you don't need to work out.
